Qualifications Required: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 4+ Years of Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud environment, or other Oracle versions of the Oracle application solution set for HCM <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience configuring, implementing and troubleshooting Oracle Payroll <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience in leading a work stream, reviewing, and assisting in the creation of project deliverables <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience working with payroll systems, in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll & completion of two full life-cycle implementations with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience in demonstrated understanding of Oracle\/Cloud HCM concepts and ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM product implementation experience with knowledge of at least two (2) of the following modules, in addition to Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll: Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labour and Absence Management <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Understanding of project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile) \u2022 Strong communication skills with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roles and Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Lead all workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) and act as lead for Oracle HCM payroll module <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Advise on best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality, document requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience on designing, testing Reports, Interfaces and conversions <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Development of test scripts, testing scenarios, and execution <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Demonstrated experience in understanding of general module functionality for Payroll<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Responsible for successful testing of developed solution including User Acceptance Testing and work with the users to validate the solution <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function’s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Optimize cloud technology for our clients through assessments, process improvements, optimization of technology, opportunity to do single-module implementation <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Demonstrate experience and expertise in the design and execution of implementation and testing, executive and internal communications and the ability to work independently. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
