Qualifications Required:

• 4+ Years of Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud environment, or other Oracle versions of the Oracle application solution set for HCM

• Experience configuring, implementing and troubleshooting Oracle Payroll

• Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing)

• Experience in leading a work stream, reviewing, and assisting in the creation of project deliverables

• Experience working with payroll systems, in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll & completion of two full life-cycle implementations with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll

• Experience in demonstrated understanding of Oracle/Cloud HCM concepts and ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams.

• Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM product implementation experience with knowledge of at least two (2) of the following modules, in addition to Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll: Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labour and Absence Management

• Understanding of project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile) • Strong communication skills with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead all workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) and act as lead for Oracle HCM payroll module

• Advise on best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality, document requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing

• Experience on designing, testing Reports, Interfaces and conversions

• Development of test scripts, testing scenarios, and execution

• Demonstrated experience in understanding of general module functionality for Payroll

• Responsible for successful testing of developed solution including User Acceptance Testing and work with the users to validate the solution

• Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs

• Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function’s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results

• Optimize cloud technology for our clients through assessments, process improvements, optimization of technology, opportunity to do single-module implementation

• Demonstrate experience and expertise in the design and execution of implementation and testing, executive and internal communications and the ability to work independently.

• Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes
